If the product you receive is not as described or is of low quality, you may return it by notifying Kiddie Kicks Soccer within 5 days of receipt and receive a full refund. The return shipping fee will be paid by you. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the product and agree to a partial refund amount.

If you do not receive your purchase within 60 days, you can ask for a full refund.

A full refund will be provided if you don't receive your order - you will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised by the manufacturer (you will be advised of the delivery time once your order is received).
